This project involves the design and construction of an integrated office and warehouse extension, including new interior office space, laboratories, change rooms, toilet facilities, warehousing areas, and a workshop/parts store. It also features a full refurbishment of the existing office building. Associated external works encompass new driveways, hardstand zones, expanded parking, landscaped areas, and multiple undercover canopy zones to provide sheltered access and working areas throughout the site.
