The development consists high quality, 43 apartment boutique residential building in a laneway behind Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn. Designed by Simon Stokes Architects with interiors by Hecker Gutherie. Each residence includes secure car parking, generously sized balconies, and internal access to a shared rooftop terrace alongside the shell for a wine bar/restaurant on ground floor.
