Managing Director
Ian founded BMF Builders in 1975 while completing his boilermaker’s apprenticeship. With over 50 years experience in the construction industry, Ian brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. Ian has an easy-going, straight-talking manner, along with an incredible appetite for knowledge and a curiosity for doing things in new and better ways. Ian’s deep understanding of the industry and pride in what he does helps BMF provide the most cost effective solutions to the highest quality for BMF clients.
Adam King
Chief Financial Officer
Adam has been working with BMF since 2012 and has an extensive knowledge of the commercial property finance industry and various property markets.
In addition to managing the group’s financial and legal activities, Adam also manages the group’s property portfolio, including leasing activities and day to day management of the properties.

Under Ken’s leadership BMF has recently reformulated its existing OH&S system to the standards of AS/NZS4801: 2001.
