Each unit is fully self-contained with a kitchenette, bathroom, and shower amenities, catering to the needs of modern industrial occupants. The development reflects the growing demand for high-quality, amenity-rich industrial spaces and benefits from excellent access to major transport routes, making it ideal for logistics, trades, and small business operations.
