Refurbishment of the existing 8,595 m² Building A and construction of a new extension to Building B, comprising 4,610 m² at ground level and a 2,098 m² mezzanine. Delivered for a pharmaceutical company, the development features a combination of new portal frames and precast concrete structure, with internal precast and partition walls. The project includes extensive bathroom and end-of-trip facility fit-outs, while the warehouse areas are completed to a warm shell standard, ready for specialised use.
