This project involves the expansion of an existing warehouse, including a warehouse extension and the addition of a new 4,000sqm super canopy with an integrated dock office. Alongside a full-scale refurbishment of the existing administrative spaces. The office upgrade introduces meeting rooms, new change rooms, upgraded toilet facilities, and a landscaped courtyard. Externally, the site benefits from substantial improvements: newly paved driveways and hardstand zones for better logistics and vehicle circulation, expanded parking capacity, and thoughtfully designed landscaping features.
